La Mancha Resource Fund SCSp is pleased to announce portfolio company G Mining Ventures Corp.’s acquisition of the CentroGold Project from wholly-owned subsidiaries of BHP Group Limited. The acquisition consideration is deferred and comprises granting BHP a 1.0% NSR royalty on the first 1 million ounces of gold produced at the Project, and a 1.5% NSR royalty on gold production thereafter.
