As part of our investment criteria, we require portfolio companies to have decarbonisation strategies, adopt industry leading ESG standards, metrics and reporting, and software driven ESG risk management systems as well as link executive pay to ambitious ESG objectives.
Building on the group’s investment history, the Fund specialises in acquiring and managing significant minority stakes in mining companies with strong managerial and geological potential. The Fund aims to deliver transformational growth and returns through a concentrated portfolio of listed equities, with the ability to also acquire private assets.
