Greenheart Gold is a Canadian-listed exploration company focused on early-stage gold exploration in Guyana and Suriname on the highly prospective Guiana Shield. It was created as a spin-out from the G Mining Ventures and Reunion Gold combination in July 2024.

La Mancha became a strategic shareholder in Greenheart to back a proven exploration team and a portfolio-based approach to discovery. This investment was underpinned by the management team’s track record of successful resource growth, including discovering and advancing Oko West to a 4.3 Moz Indicated and 1.6 Moz Inferred resource, which they have since successfully exited.

La Mancha’s impact

Through its investment and partnership, La Mancha has strengthened Greenheart’s positioning to advance its exploration pipeline and create long-term value for all its stakeholders. This includes:

✓Providing founding investment at Greenheart’s inception and maintaining long-term alignment as a supportive shareholder since 2024

✓Increasing its holding to 19.9% through a strategic investment in 2026, reinforcing La Mancha’s long-term commitment to Greenheart’s growth and development

✓Supporting exploration across the Guiana Shield, reflecting La Mancha’s conviction in the potential of this under-explored yet highly prospective region

La Mancha is now working with Greenheart to support the business as it continues to promote exploration across Guyana and Suriname and seeks to build accretive value through new discoveries in the region.
