Proposed strategic investment from La Mancha & non-brokered placement

Altus Strategies Plc, the Africa focused project and royalty generator, announces the execution of a non-binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with La Mancha Holdings S.à.r.l, a Luxembourg-incorporated private gold investment company (“La Mancha”). The LOI proposes a strategic investment by La Mancha at an approximate 20% premium to the closing market price on 2 November 2019 and an approximate 30% premium to the 30 day Volume Weighted Average Price.
