La Mancha expands its Guiana Shield portfolio with a 19.9% strategic investment in Miata Metals

(TSXV: MMET) for approximately C$12.7 million, resulting in a 19.9% shareholding and making the Fund Miata’s largest shareholder. This strategic investment expands the Fund’s exposure to the Guiana Shield and reflects La Mancha’s conviction in Miata’s team and the potential for its Sela Creek project to emerge as a significant gold system.
