Endeavour Mining Corporation (“Endeavour”) announces that Sébastien de Montessus has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), replacing Neil Woodyer who will be appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. Michael Beckett will remain an independent director. These governance changes are to take effect upon the completion of the Annual General Meeting, which is expected to be held on June 28th, 2016.
