Endeavour to acquire avnel to further strengthen its high-quality project pipeline

Endeavour Mining Corporation (“Endeavour”) and Avnel Gold Mining Limited (“Avnel”) are pleased to announce that they have reached an agreement under which Endeavour will acquire Avnel in an all-share transaction for a total consideration of approximately US$ 122 million (CAD$ 159 million). The terms of the transaction have been unanimously approved by the Boards of Directors of both companies.
