Golden Star Resources appoints Ani Markova, MBA, CFA, CDI.D to board of directors

Golden Star Resources Ltd. (“Golden Star” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Ms. Ani Markova, MBA, CFA, CDI.D has been appointed to the Board of Directors. Ms. Markova replaces Graham Crew as a nominee of La Mancha Holding S.àr.l. (“La Mancha”) on the Board of Directors following Mr. Crew’s appointment as Chief Operating Officer of Golden Star.
